Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Full refunds may be issued for one-time credit packages if no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for partially consumed credit packages are not supported in the initial release.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through a third-party payment processing service. The refunded credit amount is deducted from your paid credit balance (up to the available amount). Credits already consumed are not recoverable.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, credits associated with that order will be deducted from your available paid balance, limited to the amount currently available. No future deductions or negative balances will result.
