Eligible Refunds
Full refunds may be issued for one-time credit packages if no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for partially consumed credit packages are not supported in the initial release.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments. The refunded credit amount is deducted from your paid credit balance (up to the available amount). Credits already consumed are not recoverable.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, credits associated with that order will be deducted from your available paid balance, limited to the amount currently available. No future deductions or negative balances will result.
